You can buy
cheap online, non user friendly, templates for
about $60, but your webmaster must tweak and
redesign everything that comes with those. It
is not as simple as one may think when viewing
those templates out there for sale. Many hours
are put into this initial setup. If you choose
one of those templates, we will have to view the
files in order to adjust this fee. You can send
me the URL of the template you like, and I will
send you a quote. |

The
Website maintenance plan usually runs $25/page for
small websites and is lowered the more pages you
have and depends on how often page updates are
needed. Since larger websites would be too
expensive on customers who need them, but do not
need a lot of changes, the fees I charge are
most economical.
Requesting extremely long
pages or very small text, in order to take
advantage of the per page fee schedule is not
allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Our goal is to do all of your
advertising needs and to bring to ourselves a monthly
maintenance fee, rather than setting up websites or
templates and selling them.
Artwork: Since two artists do not have
the same style, it is best to use one designer. Since
we designed for you, we will have many files stored to
pull onto additional designs. An outside agency will
not have these files, so there will be a fee to share
those with a competitor, as no designer likes to see
their work on another's. Final graphics are yours to
keep and do as you want, but files that are used to
build layer upon layer to get to the final design, will
not be shared. Please do not ask for them. If you have
a logo, we can work with yours and design your
advertising and website around that look. Please get
permission from your designer, if you feel that is
necessary.
Website Planning & Maintenance: We do
not set up websites for customers to run themselves and
then charge hefty fees to fix them when they go wrong.
Our goal is to give you everything you need to have a
marketing presence while you concentrate on running your
actual business. All website setups include a monthly
fee schedule and the workload will only be shared by
designers/webmasters of our own hire. Our fees are
based on at least a six month contract and allow for
early termination if you are completely unsatisfied.
Websites and Graphics will be turned over to the client
for the prorated cost of contract completion. Example:
We set you up a $100/mo website and you leave us after
two months. All files will be sold back to you for
$400. We build in this contract because we actually
break even in about six months and hope to continue with
you long term. We appreciate your understanding this.
Please remember, nothing is established and put live
online until you have seen what the website will look
like and we have gone through a few revisions to get
exactly what you want, so you most likely will not be
terminating because you're unhappy with our work.
Commissions for Referrals: We will
send you $50 for each new client who uses us for six
months! Please be sure they tell us you suggest them to
come to us. |
